## Notes

- The dashes are part of the waybill and are kept (`77-000-032` style). Scan text is Russian; `status` is normalized.
- **Time zone**: the network spans several Russian zones and the scans carry none, so only `localTime` is set and `timestamp` and `deliveredAt` are `null`.
- The receiver's name that follows "Доставлено:" is not passed on.
