## Notes

- Batches go through one request (`track_parcel_batch`).
- **Time zone**: Philippine time is UTC+8 all year; the API sends epoch seconds, so both times are exact.
- Courier names, phone numbers and the signer's name in the scan text are removed. A returned parcel ends in `returned` ("Return parcel received by sender").
- The `mayMatch` shape is tried only when no other carrier claims the number.
