## Notes

- **Time zone**: the tracker prints each scan in the local time of the office that made it, with no zone. `localTime` is that clock time and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Location**: an office name or code as the EMS system prints it (often a postal code or an office abbreviation).
- **Scope**: this is the UPU EMS cooperative tracker, not the China Post parcel tracker.
