## Notes

- **Foreign items**: the same lookup returns the Greek leg of foreign S10 items ELTA delivers (for example `..FR`); pass `?carrier=elta` for those, since their shape belongs to the origin post.
- **ELTA Courier vouchers**: the endpoint is ELTA's shared tracking box; courier vouchers were not available to verify, so only S10 numbers are auto-detected.
- **Time zone**: Greek local time, converted from `Europe/Athens`. 'Can be collected' scans are reported as `exception` (awaiting collection).
