## Notes

- **Captcha**: ECMS asks for a one-digit arithmetic captcha (a 200x45 PNG) before it returns scans. The adapter reads the image itself and answers it, retrying on a fresh image when a glyph is not read with confidence. A batch shares one solved captcha.
- **Time zone**: ECMS gives each scan's local clock time with no reliable zone, so `localTime` is set and `timestamp` and `deliveredAt` are `null`.
- **Handoff**: `message` names the last-mile carrier ECMS passes the parcel to and the number it uses there, when ECMS shows one.
