## Notes

- **Voucher**: eleven digits; the page prints it with a leading `0`, which is dropped before the lookup.
- **Time zone**: scan times are Greek local time (`Europe/Athens`); `timestamp` is converted from it.
- **Wording**: scans are Greek (`Παραδόθηκε` delivered, `Προς παράδοση` out for delivery, `Αιτία μη Παράδοσης` a failed attempt); `status` is mapped from them.
- **Handoff**: when the partner-voucher column holds a number for a Speedex store, `message` names Speedex and that number.
