## Notes

- **Milestones**: booking, cargo received, departure, arrival and handover are events. Planned milestones (ETA, ETD, requested/estimated pickup) are forecasts and are left out.
- **Time zone**: myDSV gives each stop's wall time with no zone, so events carry `localTime` only (`timestamp` is null).
- **Status**: a shipment myDSV marks `COMPLETED` is `delivered`.
- **Lookup**: two requests, the public search for the shipment id, then its milestones. A reference that matches several shipments is matched on its exact value.
