## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` names the last-mile carrier and its number (for example `"Handed to DPD as 869000000"`). Pass that number to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for DPD's own scans.
- **Time zone**: package-creation (`DAT`) and customs (`CUSM…`) records are UTC; the Drop2Shop records are Irish/UK local time (`Europe/Dublin`, the same offsets as London). `timestamp` is exact for both.
