- **Times**: each scan carries both the local wall time and the UTC time, so `timestamp` and `localTime` are exact for every country.
- **Attempts**: failed delivery attempts ("Attempted Delivery - Consignee Not Available") are `exception` scans; the parcel's status follows the newest scan.
- **Route**: the page `erp.dpex.com.cn/trace-and-track/index` embeds the scans as a JS array; an unknown number embeds a "No track found" marker.
