## Notes

- **Time zone**: DPD prints South Africa time (`Africa/Johannesburg`, UTC+2). `localTime` is that clock time and `timestamp` is it converted.
- **Status**: the waybill's own status wins, so admin scans that follow a delivery (for example a proof-of-delivery image scan) do not turn a delivered parcel back to `in_transit`.
- **Signatory**: `signedBy` is the name DPD records for the delivery.
