Query live **Delhivery** (`delhivery`) package status and scan history in a single synchronous `GET` request or MCP tool call, using the same public JSON that Delhivery's own tracking page calls. Pass `?carrier=delhivery` for its plain 13- and 14-digit waybills.

### When is `?carrier=delhivery` optional vs required?

- **Optional**: a 13- or 14-digit number that no other carrier claims is tried against Delhivery in Pass 2.
- **Recommended**: pass `?carrier=delhivery` anyway, because plain digit runs are not Delhivery's alone.

## Notes

- **Source**: the `unified-tracking` JSON behind Delhivery's own tracking page, no account or key. A number Delhivery does not know ("invalid AWB or very old package") returns `not_found`.
- **Times**: Delhivery prints India Standard Time with no offset. India is one zone, so each event carries `timestamp` in UTC computed from `Asia/Kolkata`.
- **Old waybills**: Delhivery drops tracking for very old packages, which then read as `not_found`.
