## Notes

- The hyphen in the waybill number is kept; both spellings are sent to CSE. Russia spans many zones, so only `localTime` is returned.
- A waybill that CSE returned (an added waybill that returns the cargo) ends as `returned`.
- Waybill numbers overlap other shapes, so pass `?carrier=cserussia`.
