- **Florens** (`FCIU`) is COSCO's container leasing arm; COSCO answers for its boxes, so they detect to `cosco`.
- **Rate limits**: COSCO's firewall blocks an address that sends a burst of lookups for several minutes. Numbers in a batch go one at a time, and a block is answered `rate_limited`.
