## Notes

- **Milestones and incidents**: milestone codes are mapped (1 to receive, 2 to 4 in transit, 5 out for delivery, 6 delivered, 8 closed by incident). Incidents (`novedad`) are added as `exception` scans but never change the package status, which is the latest milestone's.
- **Dates only**: some milestones have a date without a time; they get `localTime` as a date and `timestamp` `null`.
- **Time zone**: Colombia time (UTC-5).
- **Not found**: the API has no not-found reply. A record with no guide number and only an undated "A RECIBIR" milestone, or one that is just a catch-all of "sobrante" tickets, is reported as `not_found`.
- **How it is queried**: the REST v2 API behind rastreo.coordinadora.com, which answers without a captcha token.
