## Notes

- **No scan list**: Colisweb publishes the delivery step and three dates, so the events are the confirmation, pick-up and delivery dates (UTC in the source, so `timestamp` is exact). A delivery marked `non_deliverable` becomes an `exception` event ("Incident de livraison") with no time.
- Delivery numbers are 8 digits and shared with other shapes, so pass `?carrier=colisweb`.
