## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` names the last-mile carrier when CJ Packet shows its number (GOFO numbers are recognised) and gives the number; pass it to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for that carrier's own scans.
- **Time zone**: when CJ Packet gives an exact time (some scans) `timestamp` is set; otherwise only the destination's `localTime`.
