## Notes

- **Source**: the UPU's public Global Track & Trace (`globaltracktrace.ptc.post`), the JSON its own page uses. No key is needed.
- **Coverage**: only scans that Chunghwa Post reports to the UPU appear. A number the UPU has nothing for returns `not_found`. Taiwan domestic numbers are not covered.
- **Times**: scans at a Taiwan office (code starting `TW`) are converted to UTC from Taipei time. Other scans carry `localTime` only.
