Query live **CK1 / Chukou1** (`chukou1`) package status, scan history, and the **last-mile carrier's tracking number** in a single synchronous `GET` request or MCP tool call. Chukou1 order numbers are not exclusive to it, so pass `?carrier=chukou1` (a loose shape check is only a last-resort guess).

## Notes

- **Handoff**: `message` names the last-mile carrier and its number (for example `"Handed to USPS as 9400111899223344556677"`). Pass that number to `GET /v1/track/{number}` for the carrier's own scans.
- **Two legs, one list**: Chukou1's own first-leg scans and the last-mile carrier's scans are merged into one list, newest first.
- **Time zone**: the page prints times with no zone (and the two legs are in different countries), so only `localTime` is set and `timestamp` is `null`. A made-up number returns `not_found`.
- **How it is queried**: the same signed request the Chukou1 tracking page sends, using the signing secret in that page's own script; no captcha is involved.
