`matches` and `mayMatch` are both empty: Cargus barcodes are 8 to 20 letters or digits, which many carriers share, so pass `?carrier=cargus`.

## Notes

- **Source**: the JSON (`cmacwabackend.azurewebsites.net/api/Awbs/ShortTrace`) that the Cargus tracking web app calls, with the three fixed headers the app sends to every visitor. No account is needed.
- **Time zone**: scan clocks are Romanian local time, converted from `Europe/Bucharest`.
- **Not found**: an unknown barcode returns HTTP 204 with no body, which becomes `not_found`.
