## Notes

- **Time zone**: scans are printed in UAE time, so `timestamp` is `localTime` converted from UTC+4.
- **Proof of delivery**: `signedBy` is the name C3X records on the `POD` scan.
- **Format**: 10-digit numbers are not unique to C3X, so pass `?carrier=c3x`.
