# BRT (Bartolini) Tracking API & MCP

URL: https://docs.lastscanned.com/carriers/brt

Query live **BRT** (`brt`, formerly Bartolini, Italy's DPD Group express network) package status and scan history in a single synchronous `GET` request or MCP tool call. BRT's 12-digit shipment numbers and 15-digit parcel barcodes share their shape with other carriers, so pass `?carrier=brt`.

## Overview & Quick Facts

| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| **Carrier slug (`?carrier=`)** | `brt` |
| **Brand & service aliases** | BRT, Bartolini, BRT Corriere Espresso, BRT-fermopoint |
| **Category** | Regional (Italy) express parcels |
| **Single-package REST endpoint** | `GET https://api.lastscanned.com/v1/track/{trackingNumber}?carrier=brt` |
| **Batch REST endpoint** | `GET https://api.lastscanned.com/v1/track?numbers=009010123456,009010123457&carrier=brt` |
| **MCP server (`https://mcp.lastscanned.com`)** | `track_package`, `track_packages`, `list_carriers` (`claude mcp add --transport http lastscanned https://mcp.lastscanned.com`) |
| **Authentication & pricing** | `Authorization: Bearer lsk_live_...` · **1 free keyless lookup/day per IP** · **Free tier** (5 unique numbers/day, $0) · **Pro** ($4.99/mo for 1,000 unique numbers, unlimited re-polls, $0.015/extra) · **HTTP 402 Stripe MPP** ($0.50 for 25-number `lsk_pack_` key or $0.02/number in USDC on Tempo) |

## Tracking Number Formats & Auto-Detection

| Pass | Rule | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| **Pass 1 (`matches`)** | *None* | — |
| **Pass 2 (`mayMatch`)** | *None* | — |
| **Explicit (`?carrier=brt`)** | 12 digits (branch 3 + series 2 + serial 7), or 15 digits (the same plus a 3-digit parcel number) | `009010123456`, `009010123456001` |

Both lengths are also FedEx shapes, so `?carrier=brt` is always required.

## Status Notes

- Event wording is BRT's own English text. `TO BE DELIVERED` (on the vehicle) maps to `out_for_delivery`; `ARRIVED AT BRT-fermopoint` and `To collect at the parcel shop` map to `exception` (action needed by the recipient) and `COLLECTED AT BRT-fermopoint` to `delivered`.
- Attempted-delivery, absent, refused, unknown-consignee, deferred and force-majeure scans map to `exception`; `RETURNED TO SENDER` maps to `returned`.
- Scan times are Italian local time, so `timestamp` is converted from `Europe/Rome`. Sender and recipient names are not returned.
