## Notes

- **Route**: the parcel-tracking API (`parcels:track`) behind BOX NOW's tracking pages. A plain `POST`; no account.
- **Time zone**: event times are UTC instants; for a domestic parcel `localTime` is that instant in the destination country's zone.
- **Status**: "arrived at the pickup locker" (`final-destination`) is waiting for the recipient, so it is an `exception` step; `delivered` follows when the parcel is collected.
