8-digit consignment numbers are shared with other carriers: pass `?carrier=borderexpress`. A 4-letter prefix plus 5-8 digits is only a loose fallback.

## Notes

- **Route**: the Quick Track API on `bexonlineapi.borderexpress.com.au`: a verification id is fetched, then the consignment is queried with it. Two plain requests; no account.
- **Time zone**: scans carry ISO times with offsets, so `timestamp` is exact.
- **Status**: the package status comes from `currentStatus`; an In Transit scan dated after delivery does not change a delivered consignment.
- **Barcodes**: the tracker does not take a unit barcode (`ABCDBX` + 14 digits); use the consignment number.
