## Notes

- **Route**: the `api/tracking/microestado` JSON that `blue.cl`'s tracking page calls. No account.
- **Events**: only the scans the page shows (those with a title); internal scans are left out.
- **Time zone**: Chile has several zones and DST rules and the scan names none, so only `localTime` is set.
