## Notes

- **Time zone**: scan times come with no zone, so `localTime` is the carrier's clock time and `timestamp` is `null`.
- **Codes**: `code` is Anjun's stage code (`forecast`, `transport`, `customs_buckle`, `arrive_to_collect`, `delivered`, and so on). Customs holds, failed deliveries, pickup-point arrivals and returns map to `exception` or `returned`.
- **Access**: the carrier's tracking service asks for a time-based token that its own page computes; `lastscanned` builds the same token, so no account is needed.
